Normal business hours are 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. Key employees are available 24-7, including Customer Service
Representatives and Account Managers. Additional shifts and weekends
are required for employees.

As
a manufacturer and print supplier, what is Triune Color’s

We
produce 40” six-color advertising brochures and direct mail
pieces; marketing materials and corporate sales collateral; catalogs,
annual reports, and consumer packaging. We are known for our “dead-on”

As a major print supplier, we can produce over 90 million printed
sheets per year. If necessary, we operate 24/7 to meet “promise
dates” and deliver throughout the U.S. and overseas. Capabilities
include dual computer to plate proofing systems.

Triune’s basic management structure and corporate culture?
Our facility employs 70 people and many have been loyal employees
for over ten years. Our “hands-on” owner (and President)
manages daily operations. Quality remains paramount; seamless services
and customer retention are Top Priorities.

is the normal turnaround time from order placement to final delivery?
Normal turn-around is 5-7 working days from receipt of the customer’s
digital file to final shipment (depending upon customer’s
approval of color proofs). Special scheduling may shorten schedules
for certain “Most Valued Customer” accounts.

Which
person or group oversees daily account activity for individual customers?
Print Management Teams remain “hands-on” throughout
the Order Management Cycle, beginning with accurate estimates and
technical support and ending with effective communications during
post-sales follow-up. Teams are cross-trained.

Triune have an Emergency Management and/or Recovery Plan?
Yes, prevention and recovery procedures address the need to protect
company employees and visitors, property, and customer-owned assets
from unexpected harm. SOPs identify key contacts, emergency procedures,

is our process for data file backup and storage, including customer
files?
We perform automatic backups for internal computer systems, including
the Logic MIS for production; Networked employee workstations; and
Desktop pre-media with archived customer graphics files. Backups
are stored both on and off-site.

How
does Triune handle matters of safety, security, and confidentiality?
Such matters are Top Priority. Revised SOPs reflect concerns about
safety and security. Training, QA systems, and materials handling
SOPs protect customer materials, i.e., proprietary artwork, job
materials, printed goods, and packaging.

As
a company, is Triune Color financially sound and fiscally responsible?
We have a stable working environment achieved through controlled
growth and wise investment, particularly technology. We established
Spend Management controls for front-end orders, inventory, make-ready,
waste, labor and materials.

Does

We work with consultants and comply with all government regulations,
including those requiring Air Permits, Emission Statements, Waste
Water testing, HAZMAT Registration, Training, and Recruitment (i.e.,
OSHA, DOT, EPA, EOC, DEP, RTK).

Does
our company participate in any recycling programs?
Yes, we have on-going contracts with approved recycling suppliers.
We recycle silver, copper, paper products, chemical effluents, inks,
rollers, foils, and printer cartridges. We reduced chemicals usage
to answer environmental concerns.
